Lebanon House
We provide high-quality supported accommodation for young people aged 16–18, helping them develop the confidence, skills, and independence needed for adulthood.
Our homes offer a safe, structured, and nurturing environment, where young people are encouraged to take increasing responsibility for their daily lives while receiving personalised guidance from experienced and compassionate staff. We combine clear boundaries with emotional support, ensuring every young person feels valued, respected, and empowered to make positive choices.
Through regular key sessions, we help young people set goals, build practical life skills, and develop emotional resilience. Support includes help with budgeting, cooking, managing appointments, maintaining personal hygiene, and preparing for education or employment. Each young person has an individual independence plan, reviewed regularly to track progress and celebrate achievements.
Education and personal development remain at the heart of what we do. We work closely with colleges, training providers, and local services to ensure each young person has access to the right opportunities. For those not currently in education or training, we arrange tuition, mentoring, and vocational support to keep them engaged and moving forward.
Located in the heart of Watford, our homes are surrounded by excellent amenities that enrich daily life — including Watford Town Centre, Cassiobury Park, Watford Leisure Centres, and Watford Football Club Stadium. The area offers strong transport links, local youth services, and access to Good and Outstanding education providers, helping young people stay connected and involved in their community.
At Eliali MPC, we believe independence is built through trust, consistency, and opportunity. Our role is to guide, support, and equip young people to step confidently into the next stage of their lives with purpose and pride.
